The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry Onitsha, Anambra state, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere also known as Prophet Odumeje, has said that the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu will regained freedom on December 2021.
Prophet Odumeje prophecy during Kanu’s lead counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor visit him and he prayed with others in the attendances and declared that Nnamdi Kanu would be free by December 2021.
Odumeje said: “Lord, your son Nnamdi Kanu is coming out this December, in the name of Jesus.
“There is nothing you said that will never come to pass. Lord, we have started this battle with your name, and we shall overcome with your name.
“Your son (Ejiofor) in the front of the battle, be with him always. Give them strength, give them wisdom. This is a battle of wisdom and the wisdom comes from you.
“In the presence of the judge, everything that comes out of his (Ejiofor’s) mouth shall be wisdom. Victory shall be given to us.”
Kanu was first arrested in 2015 on charges bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony, and managing an unlawful society.
Other allegations levelled against him by the government were the publication of defamatory matter, illegal possession of firearms, and improper importation of goods, among others.
The IPOB leader was initially detained and arraigned in court, but he fled the country in 2017 after he was granted bail for medical reasons.
While he was away, he was sighted in Israel and had continued to rally his supporters in Nigeria to achieve the secession of a significant part of Nigeria’s southern region to form the Republic of Biafra.
About four years since he jumped bail, Kanu was intercepted on June 27 and repatriated to Nigeria in an operation conducted by Nigerian security operatives in collaboration with international partners, to face the charges for which he was arrested.
Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court, had on Monday adjourned the trial of Kanu till October 21st.
The adjournment was due to the failure of the secret police to produce Kanu in court.
